If our performance under any Contract is considered to be delayed for a period when the Force Majeure Event continues, we will have an extension of time to perform or deliver equal to the duration of that time. We will do our best to overcome or find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract can be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
Additionally, your right to refund doesn't apply if your case is one of the mentioned Force Majeure Events. Therefore, you can only get a refund if the item is already faulty. Please check our Refund Policy for more info!
