Do I Receive Any Notification After Placing An Order?

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation via their email a couple of minutes after your payment has been processed.

You will also receive an order ID so you can keep track of your order. Visit our order tracking site to check your order status.

When Will I Receive My Order?

All orders take 1-3 days to be processed and 10-15 business days for shipping (Standard Shipping) while Express shipments take within 3-10 business days.

Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?

Yes, you can cancel your order anytime prior to shipment. If you want to cancel orders that have already been shipped, you will be given the option to return the item for a refund. 

You can change an order directly on our order tracking page as long as it’s not dispatched yet.
